Words are the most powerful weapon a human being has. It has the power to shape the fate of ours as well as others. So just by changing the way our ways with words, we can change our future for the better or for the worst.
To be mentally and emotionally healthy and strong, we must be resilient first. And just by adopting simple attitudes like “never giving up” or “trying before denying”, we can be more resilient.
Being resilient is not about “never falling down” or “never feeling bad”, it’s about “getting up after falling down” and “doing good in spite of feeling bad”.
