Let's start with a short history
With compassion for lost young teenagers, our founder Mr. Yohoshu Limbu took on a mission to develop a youth center.
In 2009 A.D., he started his journey by teaching English language to the neighborhood kids, who were from government schools. It was just him, a room, and his willingness to serve young people. Later he set up a fun space with the help of used games, furniture, and computers, some personal and some received through friends and family. Young people could come, play, and hang out. And every Saturday, C.S.T. was held. It was called Deen Mitra Youth Center back then.
With increased capacity and programs, Deen Mitra Youth Centre was later registered as Arise and Shine Nepal in 2016 A.D.

To operate a Youth Centre that provides a gathering place and a set of programs that attract youth to keep them safe and develop them for better career opportunities.
